Beginner-friendly heels foundation classes
💦 ABOUT THE CLASSES 🥵
Step into your feminine power and learn to dance in heels in a friendly, beginner-focused environment! This class is designed for anyone who’s curious about dancing in heels, whether you’re a total beginner or already have some dance experience. Here, we’ll start with the basics, building up your confidence and skills step by step.
Each class includes a thorough warm-up, exercises across the floor to improve your movement and balance, short and simple practice routines, and a cool-down with stretching to keep you feeling strong and flexible. There’s no pressure to memorize long choreographies or perform on camera—this class is all about learning and having fun in a supportive environment.
Heels isn’t a dance style on its own; instead, heels are an accessory that can bring an extra flair to your favorite style of dance. Whether you want to explore something soft and graceful or bring some bold attitude to hip-hop, this class has room for both.
Our sessions will introduce you to the techniques that form the foundation of heels dancing, pulling from ballet, jazz, hip-hop and more. I’ll be here every step of the way to help you feel comfortable, powerful, and elegant in your heels. Join us, and let’s bring out your inner confidence together!
These classes will help you improve your balance and coordination, develop muscle memory, and build confidence—all essential for advancing to the next level; learning and performing longer choreography pieces.
